What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay.
Is my payment secure?
Protecting your sensitive payment data is very important to us, and we have taken several steps to ensure all of your data is secure.
Is sales tax added to my order?
All orders to the United States, including territories are subject to local sales tax.
Shipping:
We do our best to ship orders out within 24 hours.
Orders delivering in the United States will be sent via USPS Ground and it takes between 3-5 days to arrive. You may upgrade to USPS priority 2 Day shipping at checkout if you would like your order sooner.
Please note USPS priority 2 Day is only for orders placed before 1pm EST. Please note any 2 Day orders placed on the weekend will be sent on the next business day.
Where do you ship?
We currently only offer shipping within the United States.
What size am I and How do you know which size to choose?
All our styles are true to size and intended to be worn as a loose style. We recommend looking at our size chart.
Can I edit or cancel my order if I haven't received it yet?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to the order or the shipping address and billing. So please double check your details before hitting submit.
Sales and promotions cannot be retroactively applied once your order is placed.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received:
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email petalandpeas@gmail.com with your order number, detail description, and photos of the items showing the issue.
Lost or Stolen Order?
Please reach out to our customer service team if your order has been stolen or is lost. Petal and Peas is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?
No, discount codes cannot be stacked; you can only use one per order.
